Seton Medical Center has developed extensive databases that extend back more than 25 years, covering many areas of invasive and noninvasive cardiac treatment and assessment. The databases have been used extensively for outcomes research and evaluation, as well as quality assurance activities. For follow-up of all cardiac patients, Seton Medical Center has developed an Online Follow-Up Program that allows patients anywhere in the world to use the Internet to complete questionnaires on their current medical status and transmit them electronically to Seton Medical Center's physicians.
