West Bay Home Health and Community Services provides nursing care, physical therapy, chaplains, medical social work services, infusion therapy, psychiatric nursing, and wound care for home-bound patients. Nurses and home health aides are available every day. Nurses monitor patients’ vital functions, and make sure that patients are comfortable as possible. Home health aides bathe patients and prepare meals, while physical therapists instruct patients in proper exercise. West Bay chaplains provide spiritual counseling to patients and families.
